Description

Snowshed Trail, Killington, VT

This is the largest beginner (aka bunny :D) trail I've ever seen on any ski mountain!! I see 3 chair lifts here... wow!! and look how long it is!! Renata & I took a drive thru Killington before our second day at Pico, and, well, what can I say. Pico is cool. Killington is just unbelievably overwhelming!!

Killington is the largest ski mountian in the eastern US and I doubt many ski areas anywhere else in the world are much larger, it's unbelievably huge!! Oh, yes, and Killington owns Pico too... although they are not connected (yet... someone I talked to told me that is the goal... which would increase the size of Killington GREATLY I'm sure :D)

my guess is you could probably fit Pico's 'Bonanza 1' bunny trail about 6 times in here with some room left over :O :D

This was taken from the parking lot of the Snowshed Lodge base area.
