Description

A typical street scene on market day in Huancayo, Peru. I found this little lady charming and love her regional and colorful attire. I'm equally fond of the man holding the newspaper...participating in the comings and goings of the day. It's a chaotic mess on market day, full of character and local interest, bustling with energy.

There is nothing better when it comes to doing people pictures then to get this kind of candid look. It really brings out the character of the person, so real and reaw. Composition and pov give us beautiful look at these fasinating people. Love the lady in the center, her dress standing out more in color, she definitely is the center of attraction. It would be so interesting to know what the discussion is all about, it does seem to be something that is spoken about with some emotion. Prize winning work my friend. #9094079

An excellent insight into another culture, Patti. I feel a part of the scene.
I like the way you have focused the attention with selective coloring in this version. She was center stage before and now has the spotlight on her. My favorite character in this wonderful scene is the guy immediately to her right. His expression is wonderful. I also like the tones in the men's pants. Nice editing!
