Wren Learning his Address
Uploaded: December 07, 2010
----
This is reworked and resubmitted from a year ago.
----
The little wren is perched on a severed rake handle, seemingly levitated. The back deck is perpetually cluttered with "stuff" from Jeff's latest "project" and in this frame can be seen muted evidence, including a spinning mole chaser in the background.
---
I recalled a childrens' song I learned as a first-grader (one never forgets such things) that begins, "Remember your name and address and telephone number too...And if some day you lose your way you'll know just what to do..."

Loved how you told the story and how this picture reminded you of that children's song. A picture that envokes a time for feeling is a great picture and with this one a beautfiul one with the treatment in sepia tones. Love the composition and the way the bird is sitting as if to read the address. A gorgeous presentation that I find so charming and pretty my friend. #9085073Marilyn Cornwell December 07, 2010
