The Time Machine

Laura E. Swan level-classic 11/2/2010 2:06:57 PM

I saw a computer note pad of sorts on the seat of the car.

It was called a "CPD" (Compu-doodler). Like a scratch pad with a metal stick attached to the side!!!

ANYWAY Here is what I read:

Middle English pumpe, pompe; akin to Middle Low German pumpe pump, Middle Dutch pompe
First Known Use: 15th century

August/September 2010 - T.T. 15th Century 16th Century

October 2010 - T.T. 19th 20th Century

STOP in 1880's-1920's for sure!

Laura E. Swan level-classic 11/2/2010 3:17:14 PM

Humm...I wonder if T.T. means TIME TRAVEL???

YES! This would fit!

"October time travel to the 19th and 20th century". So these two have been traveling all over time.

And to find their ANCESTORS?

Their ancestors had something to do with PUMPS? Or Pumpkins? Huh???

I also found a note that said:

"Cinderella's Fairly Godmother Understood!" #9010967

Laura E. Swan level-classic 11/3/2010 9:43:52 AM

Hi Mumj! :) Thanks!!! :)))

Wm, BOY AM I GLAD TO SEE -YOU-! I knew you would be MOST HAPPY about this discovery! I wonder how much a time machine like this would be worth? Not a scratch on it either. Imagine with all the space debris etc?! Must have one heck of a wax job on it! Top grade silicone I'd guess? Your time machine looks great. WAY less conspicuous than the Orange one! WAT A RIDE WE JUST TOOK in it! WHOA! WILL MY HAIR EVER BRUSH OUT? You know, I'm not sure if I liked 2830.892347? Utopia and TOGAS? Golden birds flying? Mr. Tree would love it however! (HA!) Glad you're my right hand man on this adventure. We have all stayed safe! Thanks, Wm!

Carol...Imagination and ORANGE have a lot to do with solving the MYSTERY here for sure. STAY TUNED MY FRIEND!

* PAT! NO! COME BACK! GET THOSE BATS OUT OF YOUR BELFRY!!! (LOL!!!!) You are so funny! Have I told you I love you this week? I hope so!

John Connolly level-classic 11/3/2010 1:57:39 PM

Laura, I am really concerned about the missing travellers! A vehicle like that need to be accompanied at all times, and I am getting confused with all the jumps in time! At my age it is steay as she goes, and not racing off to 2830! I think I will go and join Pat, and have a bottle of red wine with her! #9012574

Thank you all....and so once again this image lives to enter the contest yet another year. It has been flying all through time and stopped at today's date! HOW ABOUT THEM APPLES?

Maybe this time when we get in and we turn the magic knob, it will travel to the Judges Computer Screens and pop right out at them and take them for the fantasy ride of their lives...?

Or not? Lol...

I love this one and felt it was worth another shot!!!
