Greg, thanks again for your comments on my work. I feel that the "best" was correctly called in this course. Your work is typified by this image (and others I commented on previously). I read with interest your reply to Steve and am still working on figuring it out. I have much work to do in post work on images and will keep that tome you sent to him as a model for myself. Perhaps we will meet again in some class but if not thanks for the ispiration you provided in your most breathtaking work. Good light always, David #1330667

David,

Thank you for the kind words. I am truly appreciative. It was a fun and thought-provoking workshop. Defining the moment with a photographic image is a passion we all share. Workshops are an essential ingredient towards accomplishing this effort. I find studying other photographers to be inspirational as well. In addition to Bill's work, I am inspired by Alain Briot. Alain's workflow is the basis for mine. If you have not studied Alain's work, I highly recommend two of his books, "Mastering Photographic Composition, Creativity and Personal Style" and "Mastering Landscape Photography: The Luminous Landscape Essays".

Best regards, Greg #9065163
