jeff,f25,really. I think you're on the right track.19 and 22 I thought was stretching it. very nice!

Thank you Samuel ! Believe it or not, It was f/25 (I was kind of surprised myself that it turned out this way). It was still kind of early in the evening and still kind of bright. I did try other settings but this setting with the 10 sec. exposure came out the best. Thanks for your comment.

i'm beginning to think that the very small aperature allows the light to be recorded better at a slower rate of speed which turns out a better result.i've been told f11 or f16 is best,but your pic is a great eye opener.
