Villa of the King of Bavaria on the Danube
Uploaded: October 07, 2010
This is one of the more beautiful modern but still Gothic style architectures in Regensburg and is the Villa of the King of Bavaria on the Danube. Fortunately I was able to make this trip before the terror alerts and the terrible pollution (red alkaline sluge) that recently occurred on the Danube closer to Budapest.

You are fortunate, Emile!John Connolly October 07, 2010
What a stunning architectural capture and building this is Emile! I don't think the term Villa is all that appropriate for a dwelling of this magnitude!Emile Abbott October 07, 2010
Thanks John and Patrick. It was a nice trip indeed. We could not make the same trip today due to the terrorist threats and the red sludge pollution that just got dumped into the Danube. #8953980David Phalen October 07, 2010
