Description

Outside my neighbourhood liquor store (a provincially-run very elegant place), we get regular pan handlers and buskers. This little dog is here regularly with his owner who wishes happy Friday, wears shorts in all kinds of weather and sings with a guitar.

How can you say "No" to such a cutie! At first, I read your description too quickly and thought you said that the DOG wears shorts in all kinds of weather! Ha! Ha! Fantastic capture, Marilyn!
