I really like this one. I've always been partial to long exposures of running watter. I might consider brightening the photo too much without washing out the white in the water. At the same time, the darker tones also give it a more forest-y feeling so I could be wrong. Either way, good job! #1676228

I am not able to comment technically on this picture but I am facinated by the way the water is flowing around the trees. Was this after flooding rains or maybe spring thaw. I just think it's interesting. #1677806

I think this is every well done! It has lots of instresting hues of color on the right and texture. you can see the rush to the water even in the background. Every Nicly Done forest scenes !! #1678370

VIBHAV, I really like this image; excellent detail and colors in the trees and rocks and great DOF; the only improvement I'd suggest is that the water seems a little overexposed with the highlights blown out a bit. #2343639

Here's a thought for you. Flip the image so the tream runs out the right side. A mamajority of us are right handed so see the world from left to right. Cognitively "that's correct" so it looks better flowing in the right to left area.

That is unless of course you're going to use a stream like this to show us something upstream (a moose, a cabin...) then we don't care about the water flow we're just looking at a leading line.

Just a thought. Try it and let me know. #2439239

A polarizing filter would have helped with the overexposed water and brought out more of the green in the trees. #2440261
