Our Point Of View During Harvest

Uploaded: September 12, 2010

Description

In this photo you can see the back end of the potato truck which has backed into the potato house with the truck driver unloading the potatoes to a conveyor belt. Which is where the potato house crew works, watching as the potatoes come across the conveyor belt watching for clods, rocks, potato tops, etc.

Almost ready for market. Like Laura said, I don't think most people know what goes into a bag of potatoes or a package of meat. I remember years ago distant cousins from California thought milk came in cartons only #8896707
