anti Rule of thirds
Description: this is another photo that i have planned on taking for quite a while before actually getting around to take it. I was waiting around three hours in front of the "reichstag" to get this sky. I used my cameras black and white mode and red filter and bruned/dodged the sky in gimp afterwards to give it a more dramatic look, it however does seem very noisy which in my opinion is okay, but i'd like to hear your opinion on this one.
