Your decision to compose this image as you did, along with the beautiful lighting and tonality, I think is the reason you received a POTD and EP with this image, where there were misses in the past.

If you haven't already, I strongly recommend taking composition courses at BP to make your work consistently better. You have the ability to capture the light and create beautiful images, your gallery shows this, all that is needed for consistent wins is learning to place your subjects, as you have here.
