Japanese Threadleaf Maple - 41 mm lens

Uploaded: August 22, 2010 11:35:37

Description

For this shot, I moved back a little, & used a somewhat larger lens (41 mm). As I was further back, it allowed some of the trees leaves to be visible in the foreground (but part of the trunk is now blocked). Again, I took multiple exposures & merged 3 of them in Photomatix. I had used f/22 for max DOF.

Exif: F Number: 22, ISO: 640, FocalLength: 41.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 7D

Thanks very much. What's surprising is that the morning that I took that shot, it was misty & drizzly, & I almost turned my car around.

I'm happy that I didn't! #8905701
