I could decide dragon or horse because it looks like a persons body and leg like he is riding a horse or dragon.

This is so cool Rita! Sure! I-C-IT-2 !!! And not only is his nice long leg there but I see a foot on a short leg as well. He must have a kid riding with him that is wearing Peter Pan pointed tipped shoes?

The animal could easily be a horse, dragon or even a giant fictional falcon or some sort of bird or giant dog.
