On a recent trip out to the farm to take pics, this farm cat followed me around, always just out of reach, wanting pet in the WORST way, but just not familiar enough with me, so just kept giving me this troubled expression...

Thank you Val, Carolyn, Jack, Marilyn, Melissa, Monnie, Liz, Leslie, and Carrie. I found out later that this cat is a 1/2 sister to my cat Ginger. They had the same mother, and they look exactly alike. My Ginger's a doll, loves her tummy rubs, and I bet this one does too! Maybe someday.... #8593344

Julie- My goodness girl, you sure have a beautiful gallery. I took some time to go back through it and I must say it was a delightful time. You have such a beautiful variety of subjects, but each one is done with incredible talent and one can tell you are truely gifted.
I love cats. They have an independance about them that lets you know that your not the one in charge, and then the eyes will always fasinate anyone who looks into them. Like in your picture here, they are just gorgeous. Love the straight on look, beautiful colors, stunning definitions. I also enjoy the expression of disappointment, wanted to be petted, not sure if they completely trust you. Marvelous work my friend.
