Description

They sell these tiny quail eggs in our market here - alongside the regular eggs. I bought them to photograph because I am not sure how many it would take to make an omelette. HA! I may try to find out how to blow the egg out of the shell and dry them so that I can keep them. I remember my mother used to do that with special Easter eggs she had decorated, but I don't remember how to do it.
