Description


The Pilot methodically advances the throttle setting of both Pratt & Whitney F119-PW-100 turbofan engines past Military Power and then into Afterburner. Shortly after take-off he stands the F-22A Raptor on its tail and quickly disappears into the afternoon sky….. This is a fifth-generation Fighter and a fourth-generation Stealth aircraft platform.

Canon 100-400L IS at 400mm. Overcast sky, Mid-Afternoon, ISO 250, 1/1600 @ f5.6, EC +2/3 (Warmed up the background with a series of NIK filters).

Exif: F Number: 5.6, Exposure Bias Value: 0.67, ExposureTime: 1/1600 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 250, FocalLength: 400.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 50D
