from the April 28th Main Line Media News: "After much discussion the Tredyffrin/Easttown School Board FacilitiesCommittee has requested the demolition of the Education Services Center(ESC), at 738 First Ave. in Berwyn, to be publicly bid. ... The building is a decommissioned elementary school, built in 1932. Its use was changed to an administration building in 1980.”
