Hi Steve,
Lovely image.
I especially enjoy the lighting and contrasts. You've done a wonderful job making this feel 3 dimensional.
Enjoy,

This feels as if I'm on that path and that little boy is looking at me. Awesome depth. Love the contrasts and tones. #8563141

Hi Steve: I find this type of image so touching and important. You will find
that as the years go by, you will return to look at it again and again.
May I ask, what made you decide to make it a black and white image?
Also, thank you so much for joining the WEYG club. Your talent is very
welcome here.
My best, Merna

Carla,Dianna & Merna, thanks a lot for your touching comments!
Merna, B&W for me, in certain situations, evokes more of an emotional bond to the subjects & surroundings. A lot of my work tends to stray into that realm. If I can arouse a 3-5 second emotional connection to a picture & even make a person come back for a double take , then i've done my job.
It is an honor to be a part of this club with so many talented artists! Thank You for inviting & having me! #8563704

LOVE this, Steve! For all the above mentioned reasons. I certainly agree with your opinion of b&w evoking more of an emotional bond in certain situations. I find that to be true myself. Love your gallery! #8601168
