Night shot-ISO 1600

Uploaded: April 17, 2010 13:25:21

Description

Manual mode, tripod. I took different shots, keeping the same settings but changing progressively the ISO values. The 800 ISO one could also work but I felt that the background was a bit too dark. This one, at 1600, is the best of the bunch. I also used a cloudy WB, which gave it a nice orangey hue. This assignment was very useful for me as I always tend to crank the ISO up to 1600 as soon as the sun starts going down. It helped me realize that lower values can also work.

Exif: F Number: 11, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 13/10 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 1600, White balance: Manual white balance, FocalLength: 34.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 450D
