Contest entering problem Unless I'm losing my mind - and I could well be - I have a problem entering the contest today. Just uploaded my entry for today using the alternate uploader. As I was hitting submit, it flashed through my mind that I had not actually picked a category and entered the contest. So after it uploaded, I went to Manage My Photos to enter the contest. But when I tried, I got a message that I'd already entered today. So I went to My Photos - Contest Entries. Nope, no entry for the 11th. Yesterday's is the last one. Back to Manage. Still won't let me, insisting that I've entered. Went to the main Recent Entries drop down. Mine is not there - and several other thumbnails are missing, too (I can see the member's name and the title of the image, but no thumbnail). So I think there is a computer glitch. Check to make sure your entry went in and if it didn't, maybe try again later when they get it fixed.

Just tried again from Manage My Photos and was able to enter. Now my contest entries shows that I have one in for today. BUT the Recent Entries page has lots of no thumbnail entries and mine is not there at all - either as a thumb or with must my name and the title. Something is still wrong.

Hi Nikki, The bug for entering for today is fixed. For the contest entry that you got in there (but don't see)... was that an older upload or a photo you just uploaded this morning? Remember the Recent Entries sorts by the date the photo was uploaded to BetterPhoto, not the date it was entered. (I'm working on giving you all an option where you can sort by the date the photo was entered...)

It was a new upload and I see it there now. Thanks. I am still seeing missing thumbnails, though - not boxes with red X's or anything like that - just nothing but a blank space with the member's name and the title of the entry below it.

I'm still seeing a few missing thumbnails too, Nikki - although best as I can tell, it's only on 2 or 3 pages. The rest are okay.

It's happening again today. I can't see any categories on the upload page. I didn't even try to upload. I'll send something to support and see if they can get it fixed.

It's impossible to see any new contest entries or comment photos in galleries due to some error.... hopefully you can fix the problem soon!
