Accessing recent entries I'm not sure if this is related to the same glitch as not getting POTD's, but I can't access anything on the contest page, that is recent entries, or any of the categories that photos have just been put into. I would like to check if my photos have been entered. Many thanks for your help.

Debbie, I don't have a problem accessing them. I just now navigated to the page; here's the URL: http://www.betterphoto.com/gallery/dynoGall2.php?catID=560 Maybe there are different ways to navigate to the Recent Entries. For me, I go to My Member Center, then, My Photos (link towards the top left), then "Enter our Monthly Contest." Scroll down on the LHS and click "View All Recent Entries."

I just realized there's an even easier method for finding the contest entries; was staring right at me and I just never saw it. From the main home page, you'll see the main tool bar with Home, Self-Paced Courses, etc etc, Contest, Websites. Mouse over Contest then select Recent Entries. It goes to the same URL I just posted. If this doesn't work, then maybe it's a browser issue. I use Safari at home, and Internet Explorer at the office.

I can't access them either Debbie. I have tried with Safari and Firefox. To check if your photos have been entered, there is a link in your members gallery- current contest entries. I haven't been able to access the contest entries for a couple of days now. You are not alone.

That's weird that I can access with no problems, but you guys can't. And I can see Debbie's "Fallen Comrade" on Page 8 of the "Recent Entries."

I know right, it has been 2 or three days. This is what I see when I click on Recent Entries- Safari can’t open the page.

I use Internet Explorer as well, and I have tried both links, but to no avail. It's just been the last 3 days now, like Donna says. I can open "Finalists" and "Winners" on the same contest page, just not the contest entries, in all categories. Thanks for your help, Ken and Donna. I'm glad I'm not the only one having problems.

Very strange, Debbie. Hopefully BP staff is monitoring this thread and can figure out what is going on. Have you tried the link on a different computer, or iPhone, or iPad, laptop, etc? Granted, that won't fix your current issue but maybe you can view "Recent Entries" from a different device.

Very strange. I used Firefox and have had absolutely no problem...Still using Windows XP, maybe that is what the problem is?Hope they figure it out for you!

For the folks having issues ... Is it possible you need to do Java updates? Sometimes that fixes seemingly random problems for me.

Thank you for all the feedback, friends. I think this issue should be resolved now. If not, let me know. We are making lots of improvements, in anticipation for a WAY better BetterPhoto coming soon... I'm really excited to share it with you. SUPER excited. But it's a lot of work so I can only hope we have it ready for primetime soon. Thanks to all of you.
