Image Replacement Given some of the changes implemented recently at BP, namely the restriction on submitting the same image more than once, and the delayed EP awarding process, I'd like to request a process enhancement. I would love to have the option of replacing an image without erasing the entry or the comments, up until the time at which it is judged for EP. Many times I notice some small problem with an image, days after upload, and want to make an enhancement. In the past I would upload a new copy of the image as another day's entry, but this is no longer allowed. Having the ability to replace an image would address my desire to make corrections after upload, while maintaining BP's judges' desire to avoid multiple uploads of essentially the same image. Thoughts?

Considering their motivations for why they did that, be it to save overall space on the server or to keep for too much redundancy, it might sound like something they could do at first. However the logistics of simply uploading an image and keeping everything orderly may make that impossible. Just to upload a single image requires each one to have connotations clearly separating it from all other images. Else you have similar titles, images from a batch, ending up all over.
