What Is a Topaz Filter? I often admire images that say the photographer has used a Topaz filter. I have just bought Photoshop Elements 7 and was wondering: Is this filter included - as part of an action package?

Jessica, I'm one of those people who adores the Topaz filters. Topaz is probably one of the most customer-responsive companies out there, providing free upgrades often. 'Adjust' (which includes 'Adjust 3') and Clean 2 are the two I use the most. You have many filter options within the packages - from simple adjustments to outwardly-obvious Digital Artwork results. You won't regret purchasing their product.
