I've got a BetterPhoto article about this, but essentially: Mac: Press Option+G PC: Hold down the ALT key and press 0,1,6,9 on the number pad and then release the ALT key. You can also copy/paste: ©

Gregory, If I were on a PC right now I'd try that out to see what it pulls up, but I'm afraid of the bogeyman. Standard character sets will have 256 characters (including 31 invisibles and such), so mostly you won't go beyond 0,2,5,6...but I don't think I've ever tested past there.
