Dreamy Effect in Photoshop 3.0

I saw some portraits of little girls with the dreamy filter. Detailed below the description was the way to do this with Photoshop Elements 3.0. Does anyone know how to do this?

You can get a free download of DreamSuite's Dreamy Photo from www.autoFX.com That's the one most of us use, I think.

I didn't see any free dowload for the Dreamy filter. I only saw it with a priced package. Any idea?

The absolute best is Kevin Kubota's actions. He has one called "vibrant glow". It's awesome, and all is actions are just layers, so you can adjust them to suit your needs.

Another way is simply to create a layer, add gaussian blur and adjust to taste.

You're welcome.

Open A Image In Ps Angela,Click On Filters Go Down To Auto Fx Software And Then The Dreamy Filter If Its Not There Then Its Not In The Right Folder.
It Has To Be Installed In Your Program Files,Adobe,(Your Particular Ps Program)Plugins Folder,All This Can Be Chosen When You Run The Software After You Download It:-)

  Terry,

Thanks for all the info. I tried it, however, and it still isn't coming up on my filters drop-down. Do you know what could be wrong?
