Fantastic Tonya! I think it works great on this image, gives it a really nice dreamy effect and gets rid of the distracting elements such as creases in the original photo, which is pretty good anyway!
As well as the overall lightness you can adjust the amount of blur and sepia cast too in the earlier steps to get different effects.
