This is certainly MY pic as an MT winner!! One of my faves too!! In fact I NEED this one for Mattie!! :) I think you should add An Everlasting Touch of Love to the title because I think Gramps touched our lives in such a way that will live on for generations to come!!! I'm not the most emotional person but this is truly gripping. It cuts to the core and I think it's one of the best examples in this genre I've seen. I am particularly drawn to the texture and grit of the grandfather's hand. It tells a story, or allows for me to develop one on my own which is truly special. Wonderful capture and congrats!

OK, I am so cheating on this month's challenge! This is by far my favorite image of hands :) It is my now deceased Grandfather in law (My husband's, mom's dad) and Bean's daughter Mattie when she was very little. Gramps was a Nascar driver and a bus mechanic, and I just love the deep dark wrinkles on his skin :)
