  Though the image is quiet enjoyable, and I really admire the effort you've put into this, I have one point of criticism. It's light basics: the clouds obviously are lighted by the sun from the right, whereas the building's shadows prove the sun is at left...To my eyes this causes a kind of theatrical scenery mismatch.
You might consider mirroring the cloud part, since the building is known for it's solid position in the landscape..
