I'm not sure how you did this, but my hat is off to you and your awesome editing skills. Not only is the expression on the dogs face perfect, but you presented the scene to match equally well. I'm wondering though what she is sorry about. Looks like maybe she tore into the wedding gown the night before the wedding! LOL!

Oh my gosh Pat... you just continue to wow me... and I just love this little guy! Anytime you need a dog sitter... to heck with my cat she can lump it... he is just the bomb. And you capture him so well. I know you help train dogs but you can't train a dog to do this kinda stuff can you? Waiting maybe not so patiently for the version with music... ok I can hear it... COOL!

Hi Sherry, I have done a lot of trick training, I had a dog called Spot, with
him and his son Bo we made
nearl 100 TV commercials and that's where I learnt a lot about lighting. We
also did still photograpy which
was where I learnt how to work animals for the camera, how to keep them motivated.

You'll need a tissue for this, when Spot died a tribute was made announcing
his death. The dogs were under
contract to Telecom in New Zealand so we only worked for the one person over
a period of 8 years.

Hi guys, thank you so much for your very kind words, Phello Photos is such a homely place!

Sniff sniff Sherry, I did warn you, so sad, my friends in New Zealand said the radio stations played "Candle in the Wind" all day on the radio stations when the heard the news.

Yes Aimee, what a wonderful tribute hey, his death was on a Friday and this went to air on the Sunday, scenes from the ads. Nice of the company to do this.

Dale, my pleasure for sharing the story, I worked with top photographers and could have picked their brains out but at the time wasn't interested.

Now back to finishing off the man made image,I won't tell the cat what you just said Sherrybear lol.

Aimee, I am going to change the title,
It does look like she has torn up her wedding gown the night before gettingmarried.

Have been looking up jilted and other keywords but nothing for the music. Nobody can view the gallery as I haven't got one lol, Robert says it will take a week to fix. ~Pat

Thank you for your kind words, I gave a lecture on tricks not long after my dogs death and hadn't proofed the video.

Graham had put on the Tribute for what reason I know not so I lost my composure and the students plus myself burst into tears!!!

This is just a wonderful image, Pat! And the story was wonderful, too. You are such an amazing photographer. Maybe you picked it up from those photographers by osmosis!

I've been gone for a few days - some back issues. Seem to be on the mend. At least, long enough to go out after the morning shower and find out where my chubby bee goes when it rains. He was actually STILL! I will post him here in a few minutes.

Hi there Jean H, Teena is trained and I asked her 'what's that smell"and she puts her paw over her nose. I use a remote shutter marking the area we can work in first with a dummy dog. I am close up and I simply crop or clone me out of the picture, thank you for asking! !Pat

Now that you are back, the mail notification is something that you have to turn off or in your Member Center, under BetterPholio I think. Glad you are back. It must take a lot of focus to train a dog so thoroughly. Can hardly wait to see more of your work.

LOL I found where you left a message Debbie.

I wanted to reply but didn't know where. I did have it switched off so there you go! Thank you for that!

Yes it does take a lot of focus to train Debbie, I wanted that piece of paper, the graduation certificate. I suppose like photography, you need space to do things.

I start a Painter course tonight, not at BP, too dear with our Australian dollar at present.

I'll send Aimee a mail that I am back!

Hi there Sherry, thank you for your kind words.

I cannot get over the shock of it all, I am in a private hospital being looked after with my laptop, Graham brings Cindy in each day to see me.

I don't know if I can ever find peace, this music so very apt for the both of us.

My Doctor asked why did this little dog mean so much and I said "she was me, so much like me"! Oh Well little sister! Patxxxxxx

Big Sis Pat...This is so sad. Little Teena was so young and so talented and loved by so many of us on BP.

She will never be forgotten by us and our love from the CRC goes out to you dear lady. Many tears here.

With Love,
-Laura

P.S. I am so glad we gave her the adventure of a life time on the CRC where she got to travel and fly and see the world...and even find love that broke boundaries.

May she always fly free.

I'm so sorry too. Teena was the
only dog I ever loved.

Love, Fangy

Rest In Peace Please.

Losing our beloved pet... is so difficult, and my sympathies are with you at the loss of your loved Teena. Perhaps, my LondonFog (kittie) who passed recently, will help your Teena at the Rainbow Bridge...

AT RAINBOW BRIDGE

There is a bridge connecting Heaven and Earth.
It is called the Rainbow Bridge because of its many colors.
Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge, there is a land of meadows,
hills and valleys with lush green grass.

When a beloved pet dies, the pet goes to this place.
There is always food and water and warm Spring weather.
Those old and frail animals are young again.
Those who have been maimed are made whole again.
They play all day with each other.

Some of them here by the Bridge are different.
These pets were beaten, starved, tortured, and unloved.
They watch wistfully as their friends leave one by one,
to cross the bridge with their special person.
For them there is no one, no special one.
Their time on earth did not give them one.

But one day, as they run and play,
they notice someone standing by the road to the bridge.
This person wistfully watches the reunions of friends,
for during life, this person had no pet.
This person was beaten, starved, tortured, and unloved.

Standing there alone, one of the unloved pets approaches,
curious as to why this one is alone.
And as the unloved pet and the unloved person get nearer to each other,
a miracle occurs, for these are the ones who were meant to be together,
the special person and the beloved pet who never had the chance to meet while on Earth.
Finally, now, at the edge of the Rainbow Bridge, their souls meet,
the pain and the sorrow disappears, and two friends are together.

They cross the Rainbow Bridge together, never again to be separated.

And dear Nancy, what can I say, thank you dear lady for your kind words and the Rainbow Bridge poem.

Thank you Jodi and Joan, who would have believed it would be Teena? Bo has cancer, we were concerned about the wrong dog!

I just prayed for you all...You and Graham and Teena. I hope there really is a place in heaven for her. :) I just asked God that if there is that he would safely see her there and that you really could see her and be with her again someday in eternity. :) I prayed that he would give you all peace and comfort you and see you through.

My love. -Laura

Oh Pat, I'm so very sorry for you and Graham in this loss of you beloved companion. Teena looked so much like my Skye. I know it would be a huge blow to loose her so I can only imagine what pain you are feeling, I know I can't really know. May God bless you and allow time to heal the pain. We are blessed to enjoy them for a time, sometimes too short of a time. Shedding tears for you.

  Dear Jean,

Yes how heartbreaking, she was so much like Skye!

Teena rests in peace now. My little love was taken years before her time, far too soon, a blow almost too hard to bare as it hurts so much Jean.

I still cannot believe she is gone. Thank you for your prayers!
