Hi Frank, Terrific color and great timing...wtg!!! I like how the bird is in sharp focus yet the background went very soft. Because the background is fairly busy, if it had been sharp, it would have competed with the bird for our attention; the picture would have looked excessively busy. However, with a softer background, like you have here the bird stands out nicely. The worm (his food) in is peak is a very interesting subject (focal point) in this image. The photo is clean, colorful and simple composed. Great shot, my friend!!! Your work is wonderful and you should be so proud! Thank you for posting this. Best Regards.

Fantastic capture Frank, perfect timing and composition on this bird carrying out it's parental duties. It's an amazing commentary for all parents who do everything for their kids and alas, one day they've all grown up, wanting to leave the nest. Boo hoo! that's life I guess. Oh well!

Frank, this is totally amazing! You caught him with a worm in his mouth, and got that amazingly green in the background, nicely blurred, and corresponding with the color of the worm. I like how you positioned the bird in the lower right part of the frame. This must be a Western Bluebird, right?
