My wife and I were on a weekend anniversary trip to Fountain City, WI in a cottage that overlooked the Mississippi river and I was lucky to get this shot as the eagle flew past one morning. It was a beautiful location to bird watch and simply relax. Shot at F/9, 1/500 sec. ISO 400 with a Sigma 50-500mm lens.
