Oooh, I love NYC night shots in b&w. This one has some nice mystery with all the dark areas, but perhaps a bit too much dark area up top. How about cropping down to just below that bright spot in the top right? I think that will add a little bit more interest by giving the eye a better focal point (the person walking up the path).
