I used my wide angle lens to help shoo the amazing fall colors at our park. I wanted to include on tree as a focal point, but including a wider expanse of trees in the early morning light helped convey the scale of the fall color change. 1/250 s @ f/7.1, ISO 200, 12mm

This image goes way beyond a typical autumn shot. I like how the extra long shadow and the thin triagular green meadow both direct the eye to your focal point--and keeps it there.
