I had to re-submit this, I worked so hard on it not too.
Fractalius filter, Nik ColorEfex 3.0 Complete, many hand brushed layers for light and color, I did not like the lake after the effects so I used the flood filter,
then a layer mask and brushed the sun and reflection back in. Hmm I probably left out a lot of steps but you get the idea I hope.
