  Hi Virginia! Thanks for your kind comment. No the Pic was not taken in Cornwall, although it is very beautiful in that part of England there are no Mountains. The photo was taken in the North of England in an area known as The Lake district,where there are mountains and many beautiful lakes. Did you notice the snow on the mountain Tops?....rita

  Now I remember about Castlerigg..

Wonder if you remember a Stone Circle called, Long Meg and her Daughters..?

I really love the lightening and color also.. Did see the snow in the mts..

  Thank you Siete so glad you liked the picture. Virginia, Castlerigg is also a stone circle but I chose to photograph the two largest because they looked liked two sentinels watching over the peaks. warm regards rita
