Just when I thought this shoot would be fruitless, the cheetah became a little anxious as her sister was led out by her trainer and looking back struck this pose. Just the one I wanted for this digital painting. I was so happy I just wanted to kiss that cat!

Drena Clementino 		  Thanks Cheryl, Veronica, Donna, and Colleen for your comments. Cheryl, the background isn't stone, but the original backgound that was in the photo was a combination of grass and dirt. I smeared the pixels after desaturating, then used various tools and filters in PS. The texture you see is actually the grass in the photo cloned and painted over in layers. I merged the layers together when I liked the look.
