Old, Dusty Lantern
Shot at 1/40th, 9, iso 100. In pp, converted to black and white, then adj levels, contrast, shadows and highlights. Then began to colorize by creating layers of different colors. The hay layer was yellow, the lantern layer was blue, the background wood area was done in reds and greens. As I created each layer, I erased the areas I wanted in color, adjusting opacity as I went so color would not be too overwhelming. After flattening the layers, I began extracting shadows and highlights and did b&c adjustments. Worked a bit with color curves and hue and sat, resized and sharpened.
