Interesting Rosemary. Was this shot spontaneous or premeditated? I expect the latter. You either used a tripod or set it on the hood of your car. In any event it is eye-catching. I'm preaching to the choir here but you well know the rain is an absolute bonus. And I'm going to give you more credit for having the initive to be out in this weather. Your slow shutter speed and closing your lens up produced a nice glow around the warning lights. Another winner.
