Sat down in my home office chair and spun the chair while extending my hand holding the camera and clicking. I still feel naseous just looking at this. Not sure about the settings.

Hahahahaha! Another trick is this: if you have a chair that rotates (like an office chair), sit down on it then spin it around by using your feet, while holding your camera with your extended hands and take a picture of you.

Be careful, it's nauseating ... :-)
