Created in the painting program ArtRage using my photo minneapolis_bridge. This is not a filter, each brush stroke is painted. The colors are picked up from the photo being used as a "tracing image".

This was my first painting in ArtRage using one of my photographs as a tracing image. ArtRage is a fantastic program for making photos into paintings considering how inexpensive it is.
