The original image was cropped and straightened - the crop tool was used to add more space to the picture (to provide a space for the water) - then I cloned some sky into the new blank space on the sides -- some distractions were cloned out - and an orange gradient was added - in the space I added at the bottom the water & relections were created with the Flood Filter - image was lightened using Levels :o)
