I love this shot. What a wonderful photo of your Mother's hands. I would love to take a photo like this of my Mother's hands, she is 80 yr. old. She tells me often that her hands are old and not young looking any more. Thank you for sharing this shot, it is very inspiring. Cheryl

Thanks, Liz and Cheryl. I'm glad you liked the image. It's one of my very favorite photos! I wrote the poem a couple of years before I took the photo, but decided to combine them, which works well, I think. Wish the white background looked white instead of gray. Any ideas how to correct that with software? Cheryl, do go ahead and take some photos of your mother's hands. Such photos will become your most cherished ones. Continue to have fun making beautiful photos!
