Amazing work Mirko! Love the subject, sky treatment, and superb light. Only one suggestion is to have a more subtle transition in the dodged area left of the roof to meld it better with the rest of the sky. The rest is perfect!

Nice BW mood photo. Nice range of tones. I've got a whole series of barn photos, one which has a very similar BW angry sky genre.

Mirko, the composition and tones are just great, rich and gorgeous. I expected to see "Canon 5D" or something like that due to the richness of the image, and yet you took it with a 2MP camera with a non-changeable lens... proving once again that it isn't the violin, it's the musician. Great job. I think it's accurate to say that a bunch of us are also wondering what you did in Photoshop to get this quality (no, you don't have to reveal your secrets!).

This image is magnificent. I especially like the composition. The small cloud to the left behind the barn is offset by the tree on the right and the weight of the clouds and tree on the right offsets the barn and small cloud. The curvature of the horizon mimics the curve of the roof line and the general sweep of sky is very appealing. Reminds me of Adams and Weston. Congratulations.

i love it, I think the cotrast in the greys look superb. this photo looks wonderful and dramatic! and the clouds are the most magnificent part! I would perhaps add a girl maybe sitting against the barn in the front..it could add more meaning (but it all depends on the feel you want the photo to have) great job!
