Hi Kathy, so glad you like it. There is a program called "Deep Paint" that is a plug in for PS or stand alone..It was once expensive, but is now free..I was just playing around with it..Try it !! That bike with the flowers would be great to try...

I really like this, Kathy! I love the painted look. You've created a work of ART! I love tulips, and the freeze hit hard in my area of Tennessee too. I grow lots of flowers, and the cold snap really did some damage. Nice work!
