I understand that this photo is trying to capture the Christmas mood, but what you thought you saw and what the camera saw is very different. There are just too many blown highlights: the neon sigh is a big distraction; the tree lights make a mass of bright lights. It is always good to get feedback by checking the LCD screen to see what you captured.
