Hey Kara, I have tried to do some candy shots on white before and my whites have just turned out horrid. Did you shoot this on the snow or on a white backdrop and then overexpose for your whites? I think I need to do more overexosing with mine!! Thanks, Hayley

Hi Hayley... This was on a white backdrop... I overexpose to about 2.0.. As far as I can.. And I shoot outside... On a cloudy day for my light...:) Hope that helps!!

Thanks Kara...yes it does. I think I need to retry. I was playing around the other day with some candy and I just hated the way my whites kept turning out so I gave up, but I think I need to overexpose even more like you are saying. I was only doing a little. Thanks for your help :)
