This was a curious young sub-adult about 4 years old that was just begging to have his picture captured by this professional photographer on the back of one of the Tundra Buggies. Taken with 20D in RAW, at 1/320 secd, F/7.1, +1 exposure ISO400 at 120mm from another Tundra Buggy.

Hi Kitty. This professional photographer actually had his camera on a pole entended down to the snow with a trip trigger and he had just raised it up to get it away from this sub adult as it came to investigate.

Great work here Emile, Even this photographer looks to be a bit too close to the bear for my liking.

Thanks John, it was a small sub adult but they are still dangerous. Just found out my 27 foot cal sailboat got damaged in a storm while I was gone. Dock broke from moorings sank 2 boats and I lost a motor, mainsail, tiller, bimini and when I went down to check it last night it was 1/2 filled with water and we had to pump it out to prevent it from sinking. Hope it does not refill if so I will have to look for a crack in the hull to repair. Looks like its going to be a lot of work getting her ready for spring. Oh well just something else to take time.
