F 20 sec, 4 sec, ISO 100. Circular Polarizer and extension tube used. This is an upclose shot of a Calla Lilly leaf. I placed the leaf on a reading lamp to get the light to shine through and it browned the leaf to give these tones.

Melissa, Thank you! At first I just wanted the green patterns of the leaf to come through, but when the leaf started burning, it really produced a surprising result of colors and patterns!
