This is very animated; looks like a film maker made it. There is some blasted-oout white, but I like it so much I've overlooked it.

Yikes, someone went a little overboard with the graduated tobacco filter! I guess if the sky was open that wouldn't be so bad, but the buildings covered by the filter are really over-darkened compared to the unfiltered area.
